Form Submission Workflow

I have a workflow set to branch off 50/50 and assign a contact owner. So far out of 4 submissions, they have all gone to branch 1. Is there a way to even this out? More like a round robin?

The workflow will evenly distribute assignment to the specified owners through the Rotate record to owner action. Using this action, you can assign records with no owner or overwrite existing values to assign a new owner.

With the random split, you should see a more even distribution the moment the sample size gets bigger.
