Hey @mohall HubSpot uses a tracking script and cookies to track views on web pages and forms, so if the visitor has their tracking cookies blocked or did not consent to them they would not register as a page view, they could still submit the form with their information however which will track a submission, but not a view.
If you check through your submissions individually through forms > Form title > view submissions and clicking on each individual contact you should see some with a warning on them that they did not have a tracking cookie or that their views were filtered. This would be why you're seeing submissions tracked but not views on some records!
