Filter workflows by connection type for bulk action
SOLVE
We'd like to do some bulk updating to our workflow area, but finding the deletion process very manual particularly with any workflows that have "connections" to other objects in HubSpot such as lists. Is there a way to filter the workflow view based on connections?
No, this is unfortunately not possible. There is a dropdown at the top of the workflow index page which let's you filter by action type - but not by references to objects or assets.
For auditing / cleanup purposes, it's typically best to export workflows as a spreadsheet from the workflow index page, adding a column with the workflow URL for quick access (concatenating the workflow base URL and workflow ID) and then working through your workflows from your spreadsheet. But yes, all manual. Filter options are very limited.

one of the things I find helpful when doing a workflow audit is to add all the columns available to the workflow views that are available. This should help you see last edited, how many active, created by, created date, etc...This will allow you to filter it or sort it a bit better. Its still manual, but the extra context helps
