Export a list of most engaging contacts from an existing list

SOLVE

Hi Community!

I would like to export a list of the most engaging subscribers who have been most active in the past week. This includes those who've interacted extensively on our website, or opened emails, or engaged with our CTAs, or reached out via email or phone.

We already have a list of subscribers. Could you please guide me on how to export this specific list from within our larger existing database?

Thank you!

Export a list of most engaging contacts from an existing list

Hey @TNicolas3 ,

I'm not sure if you're looking for help creating the list or just exporting so I'll do my best to answer both.

For creating the list, you'll want to create an active contacts list called "Engaged Contacts". On this list, you can create a variety of conditions that you would consider to be highly engaged.

Some examples:

(Contact Property) To see if they have replied to an outreach you could add a filter like this which indicates they have replied to a sales email within the past “X” days.

OR

Has called you in past “X” Days. You would need to make sure your call logging is set up properly to use this. (Associated Activity Property)

 OR

 To track web activity while ensuring they have visited your site recently (Contact Property)

OR

Clicked a CTA (on associated CTA Properties)

OR

Opened Emails, showing they’ve opened “x” emails while ensuring one of those opens happened in the past “y” days. (Contact Properties)

You can obviously edit the timeframes and amount of emails, visits, etc. to your liking. But hopefully some of these fields help you with what you’re looking for.

Once you have created that “Engaged Contacts” list. You can create another list called “Engaged Subscribers” for this list set the filters to:

List Membership: “Engaged Contacts”

AND

List Membership: {Your subscriber list}

Then that list should be good to export!

~~~ TO EXPORT:
In the lists view, click more, then export.
From there, just pick the properties you wish to export, the format, and you should be good to go!
I hope this helps.
Ben
