Export Workflow with Mail Adress

Hello,

we have more then 100 Workflows and want to find out wich Inquiry is going what Department.

Is there anyway to generate a Export File of all Worklfows with the Mail Adresses ?

Hi @O78B,

Are you referring to the recipients of internal email notifications sent through workflows? If yes, this is unfortunately not possible at this stage. Workflow exports only include meta data like name, status and modification date as well as performance metrics.

You would have to check each workflow manually, unfortunately. An export could still be useful however to keep track and take notes.

Hi @O78B ,

workflow performance data cannot be exported at this time so no data about the emails who were enrolled in the workflows can be obtained.

You can export the following workflow data by looking at the documentation here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/export-your-content-and-data#workflows

here's what can be exported

• The name of the workflow.
• Whether or not the workflow is currently active.
• Total enrollments and the count of records currently enrolled.
• Total records that have joined the workflow goal list and the total conversion rate.
• Create date and the user who created the workflow.
• Last modification date and the user who modified it.
• The workflow type.
