Excluding Associated Deals with Contact/Company from List

Background: I've created deals for an item sold. I've created a list of contact of whom this item was sold to. 

Problem: I need to include all contacts associated with the company associated with the original deal. 

Solution: Have a list that includes both contact of person who bought as well as contacts associated with the company who originally bought. 

How do I do this?

You create a new list and use the filter "list membership" to include the contacts of your first list and use the filter "company name is equal to XXX" to include the contacts with an associated company.
