Hello! I am attempting to remove a contact from a workflow in the contact record. When I press the unenroll, I receive the error "Error removing contact from workflow"
The contact is set up in a simple workflow from a form fill. Has anyone had success removing them or can help me resolve the error?
thanks for replying! I tried to complete it from incognito mode with the same error. I was able to determine that she is still in the workflow. For more context:
its a simple workflow based on a form fill.
its a five email workflow with delays in between. total of 9 modules
the contact is currently in a "delay" before the next email sends
Could you share some more context? How long is the workflow, might the contact have left the workflow (if it's a short one) while you were attempting to unenroll the contact? Which workflow action is the contact currently in?
Have you tried to unenroll the contact from another browser or with cleared cookies/cache? A lot of error messages are browser-related.
