Error message when uploading a list

I keep getting this error message when trying to upload an excel list for an email campaign.   First time ever seeing this error message, everything was working fine last week.  

Any ideas....?

Hi @skblase,

This is typically a browser-related or temporary issue. Can you try clearing cache/cookies, using a private tab or another browser entirely?

Please also make sure that the file meets all requirements (supported file type, no hidden sheets, each data column has a header, no 'rogue' data to the right without a column header).
