Entry at certain stage as list/workflow filters

SOLVE

It should be possible to use as a filter for lists or workflows, the date of entry of contact associated to a deal at a certain stage of the pipeline.

Hi @Isabelaoviedo,

 

While this is not a native feature, this can be achieved with a short workaround. Similar to the Lifecycle phase date properties (e.g. Became a lead date, Became a sales qualified lead) you can create custom Deal stage date properties: Entered appointment scheduled stage date, Entered qualified to buy stage date etc.

 

To do this, you would first create custom date properties for each Deal stage. You could then create a deal-based workflow which enrolls deals when they're in a certain phase – followed by a datestamp (set property value to date of step):

Once these workflows are live, you can filter for these date.

 

If you want this information to be available on contact records as well, you'd have to create these properties not only for deals but also contacts and add an additional step to your workflow:
