The eSign completed signature quote property is a number property set to 0 by default. The property value increases automatically each time a quote is signed. When selecting the filter criteria, you should use an arithmetic operation like is equal to, is less than or equal to, or is greater than.
Use eSign completed signature quote property as an enrollment trigger
Create a Company-based, Deal-based, or Quote-based workflow.
In the workflow editor, click Set enrollment triggers.
In the right panel, select Quote for the filter type.
Use the dropdown menu to select eSign completed signature.
Select an arithmetic operation (e.g, use “is greater than 0” to enroll objects associated with quotes that have at least 1 completed signature).
Never mind, looks like I found my solution - the ESign Date property is the date & time the quote was signed by all signers, so triggering a workflow when ESign Date is Known will kick off a workflow as soon as the Quote is completely signed.
What if our quotes vary on how many e-signatures may be required to be considered fully signed? Is there a way to create a trigger based on when ESign completed signature = ESign number of signers required?
