Hi all - I am trying to enroll a list in a workflow but only a small number of our lists are available to choose from. I've never had this problem before - I usually just search for the list and enroll the contacts. Any reason why only a handful of lists are currently eligible to enroll?
Never came across such an issue. Once we worked with over 700+ lists in workflows didn't face any such thing. I will advise you to log out from the acc and log in again, try creating wf only after some time. Still, you face the issue, open a ticket with HubSpot support by clicking the blue Help button on the right bottom in your account. They will then be able to check at the backend for you.

This is unusual, all lists should appear. Sometimes, in portals with large numbers of lists, the search becomes slow – have you tried copying/pasting the exact name of the list into the field, making sure there aren't any space characters at the beginning/end?
