I have a workflow with 17.5 people enrolled. On the first day of sends only 12k emails went out. 44 days later 23k emails went out. Why would more emails go out then people enrolled in the workflow?

Emails from workflows
@GHunt5 this seems like a math word problem, more than a workflow problem.
17.5k - 12k = 5.5k did not receive first email 17.5k + 5.5k = 23k people combined who received first and/or second email
without seeing the workflow enrollment criteria or the steps for what caused some to get the first email and others not, this is my best guess - do you think this could be the case?

@GHunt5 I'm not suggesting it added 5.5 to the second, I'm suggesting that 5.5 people received the first and second at the same time. Have you looked at the log to see why the initial 5.5 didn't get the first email? had they not met all of the criteria yet?

Thank you. It looks like there is an issue when changing the data range in the workflow details page where it is adding the number when the date changes. You have to refresh your page and set the date range everytime you need to look at a specific date.
