E-mail activities in company are not registered

解決

Hi, from some days ago the activities in companys are not registered in Hubspot. Before this when we send or receive and e-mail of a customer the activity was registered in Hubspot but it is doesn't work now.

解決

Finally the problem was solved. 

Account connection was disabled in configuration / integrations / mail integrations /

Re-connect it using the O365 credentials and working.

How are you emailing your customers?

 

Are you sending via the Sales CRM or an external client such as Gmail or Outlook?

 

Note that only Sales Emails are tracked on a companies activity timeline.

 We are mailing via Outlook in O365 and we have the plugin installed and configured.
