I couldn't find exactly the right answer but in my activity feed for my contacts I am getting a lot of duplications in particular for workflow activity.
Is this a duplication or is something running twice?
As I suspected, this is expected and not a duplication.
HubSpot logs the enrolment and the completion of a workflow as a standard, and depending on what happens in a workflow this might within a minute or two and then looks like duplicate workflow activity, when in fact it is expected behaviour.

Hey, It's possible that the workflow activity is triggering twice for some contacts. Check your workflow settings to ensure there are no accidental duplicates or loops in your automation logic that could be causing this issue.

+1 on @GRajput's request for a screenshot. From the top of my head, two things are possible:

If you have re-enrolment active then contacts can enrol multiple times in a workflow.
