Can you expound more on your use case? What do you want to achieve? Do you want to use a delay to launch an action at a certain period of the day?
In most cases I would recommend just settling on an amount of time you're comfortable waiting a 1 day delay is 24 hours. If you want it to happen at the start of the day, I would suggest setting it to 17 hours. That would set it to start of day in most cases. Otherwise you can try to use workflows that are centered on date properties: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/create-center-on-a-date-or-center-on-a-date-property-contact...
For example if you want an action to trigger on the next day of a contact being created. I would center the workflow on the "Create Date" property and then setup the next action to happen 1 day after the create date at say 9AM.

I am more than happy to take a look into this for you. To do this, are you able to give me access to your HubSpot portal so that I can go in and help identify what the issue may be?
