Criteria for email marketing activities

Is there a way we can have an option for  selecting 'all emails' or 'any email' as criteria for list segmentation and lead scoring?  

For example:  If I wanted to set a negative score to any contact that has not opened more than 1 email and is not a customer in the last x amount of days, I'd have to manually go email by email in every single campaign running.  This is such a tedious and time consuming process, that I thought there has to be a better way to do this.

If there isn't something like this in place yet, is it possible for me to request to add this feature to hubspot marketing dashboard?

Hi @Marina1

There are contact properties you can use:

• Emails opened
• Emails clicked

When building lists or lead scoring, you will find these in the contact properties section, not under the email engagement options.
