Creating a list of uncontacted Contacts for re-engagement by our Sales team?

SOLVE

Hey all,

 

So I'm looking to create a re-engagement list for Contacts that might have not been contacted and slipped through the cracks. Ultimately the goal would either to be create a report that emails out to our Sales team on a monthly/weekly basis to remind them to follow up with these people. I want to make sure the criteria listed below is a good capture for this group, and that I wouldn't be missing or excluding anyone.

 

One thing I was hoping to do was to exclude people IF they had a Deal associated within a specific Pipeline (ie. If Deal has Pipeline = Converted Pipeline, then exclude that Contact) - is there an easier way to do that then creating another list with that group and excluding it, because I have a few of those filters I'd prefer to avoid creating separate lists for.

 

So far our criteria is:

Owner assigned date is after 2023-01-31 (EDT) 
AND
Last contacted is unknown 
AND
Owner assigned date is more than 14 days ago 
AND
Sales Lead Source is any of XYZ
AND
Contact owner is known 
AND
Unsubscribed from all email is not equal to True or is empty

Hi @McBainKD,

 

You could create a custom number property that references deal counts for X pipeline and a workflow that increases that specific number each time a new deal is added to X pipeline. It's still creating something else you have to exclude, but maybe cleaner than another list?
