No, unfortunately not. From talking to product managers I know that something like this is being considered / in the works but it can't be done as of now.
(I do wonder however which purpose such a list would serve. If, hypothetically, someone created a list filtered by 'Create date is known', your list immediately would go to 0.)

If you want to find contacts that were not sent emails, simply filter for "Last marketing email send date is unknown" (marketing emails) or "Last contacted is unknown" (sales emails).

Ah, that's too bad. That would be great for us.
We're doing contact cleanup and have a large number of contacts that we want to investigate as to why we would be keeping them in the system, if they're never sent any emails and were created some time ago. Clearing out the unnecessary!
