Creating Workflow from Lifecycle Stage

I want to develop a workflow that triggers an email to be sent to leads once entered into HubSpot. When my salesforce logs contacts it defaults to lead as the lifecycle stage which then automatically enrolls them in the workflow. When I change the lifecycle stage (if needed) the contact still remains in the workflow even though I have changed the lifecycle stage.

Is there a way to trigger something in the workflow so the contact will un-enroll after the change?

Any suggestions?

Hi, @ITMarketer. On your workflow, click the Settings tab, then click Unenrollment and Suppression from the left nav. In the second set of radio buttons, there's an option to remove contacts from a workflow once they no longer meet the inclusion criteria. Do you have "Yes, remove them from this workflow" selected?

If that choice is selected, is the Lifecycle Stage property part of the workflow criteria, and if so, what operator and values do you have selected as part of your criteria?

I'm probably wrong. I may not be right about that.
