Creating Sales Follow Up Lists From Email Responses

Hi

We're trying to generate a follow up list for our sales team using the information given in HubSpot on opens, clicks etc for a given email sent. We've managed to create a list but find that it's virtually unusable as it is not populating either the Postcode nor Company Name fields. This makes it difficult for us to a) divide between the sales guys based on territories and b) make it easy for them to follow up without a lengthy process of copying the email address back into NetSuite (our CRM) to find the contact's details.

Any ideas out there on why this is happening or whether there is a better way to handle this?
