Create list of contacts (based deals and companies associated with deals)
Dear all!
I want to create a dynamic list of contacts that are associated with a deal and that deal is in turn associated with a specific company (so the contact is not associated directly with a company). In other words, I want to filter the contactes based on deal associated company
I would expect that in the filter "Deal Proporties" you could filter based on "associated Company" with the deal, but there seems to be no such filter available. Does anybody know a workaround or am i missing something?

Hmm, yeah this just seems to be a limit of filtering functionality in HubSpot. When filtering for associated Object records, we are tied to the Properties only. However, something you can do is create a custom Single Checkbox Deal property called "Associated with *Company Name*". Then create a Deal-based workflow that enrolls all Deals associated with that company by using the Company Name or Company Domain Name property. Any Deal that enrolls in that workflow, have an action that sets the "Associated with *Company Name*" to Yes. Now you can use that property to filter with.
