Create an Active List based on the result of the multiple checkbox field

I have a custom Multiple Checkboxes field called Direct Mail on the contact record that I use to log when we send a book or some other physical piece we send in the mail to people.

I tried creating an Active List where Direct Mail is equal to any of "The Dashboard Effect" (which is one of the values in Direct Mail multiple checkboxes field."  There are no contacts with this box checked (since I just created it), but the active list returns a ton of contacts. 

How do I create an active list based on the selections in a multiple checkbox field?

Hi @DarinSpence 

I can report that I am seeing the same thing when I build a list using a test multi-checkbox property I have. I suspect its a bug related to list preview when there is no matching data based on the multi-checkbox filter. 

When I save the list, however, I get the correct output - zero contacts. 

So, I suggest you go ahead and save your list.

Generally speaking the best place to report things that are not working properly, or seem off in your portal is going to be through HubSpot Technical Support if it is included in your subscription. 

In regards to the list size, this is due to the fact that the size before the list is saved is an estimate of the list size. For more information on this, I wanted to share this resource (see under 'general').
