Create a list of marketing email deliveries within X days

Is there a way to create a dynamic list of contacts that have recieved X number of emails within X days. 

Right now, I am looking to create a list of contacts who recieved 3 emails within 7 days. This way I can use this list as a filter out anyone who fits that criteria so we do not bombard them with too many emails.

Hi @SSlyker,

This can unfortunately not be done in lists, filter criteria don't get that granular.

You can build a report, export the report and reimport it to generate a contact list - but that would be a manual process, not an active auto updating list.
