Count number of updates to custom field

resolver

Morning,

I need to be able to a count of the number of times a custom contact property has been updated. I know I can view the history, but I would like to be able to either see a count, or view a reportt showing a list of contacts where the custom contact property has been updated more than n times. How can I do this?

Thanks for the reply. I take onboard what you replied, but, I have actually achieved it using workflows, re-enrolment & custom fields.

Unless you've discovered new functionality, we don't think triggering re-enrollment alone will yield a 'count' of property updates. Try exporting the property history instead.

Excellent. So you're storing the 'count' showing the number of times a property is updated in a custom property?

Would be interested in further explanation. As this solves for a couple outstanding use cases.

Thanks in advance.
