We are using a workflow to let a member of the operations team know when a contact is qualified to be sent a asset via USPS. The individual contact appears on a list with other contacts that are also qualified to be sent mail. The operations member then received a task for every single person on that list.
What we want to do is just send one task to the operations team that the list that was enrolled is ready for their process, not every contact in the list. Are there any methods to convert the multiple tasks to a single task. Or is it possible to just send one task based on the list being enrolled and not each individual contact being enrolled?
Hey @sboerstler short answer: No, because of the workflow is contact based and you can't "group" them into a single task.
You could create a task that repeats weekly for the operations person to look at. If contacts exist, send the assets, and then remove those contacts from the list.
