Contacts Missing from Hubspot contact list

I have imported 50 contacts for a campaign which was successful and whereas only 27 contacts are available for its follow-up.

 

There are about 23 contacts are missing from the Hubspot contacts.

 

what is the reason?

Hi there - when you navigate to Import from Contacts, you should see a list of completed imports.   Do you have contacts in the Errors column?  That could be the issue.  If you export the Errors csv file you can see the specific errors.
