Contact not set as a Marketing contact via a workflow

I created a worklfow to set the contact up as a 'marketing contact' and trigger an email. But somehow it's not setting up some of the contacts as a marketing contact and so the emails arent being sent.

What's the solution to this? Can anything to be differently to set up enroled contacts as marketing which automates the email send?

I'd be curious to see if you see any error message in the History tab of your workflow. I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots specific examples of contacts.
