Contact meeting workflow goal after it has been deactivated
SOLVEJan 30, 2020 11:07 AM
We have a decent amount of people active in an email drip campaign and we're getting ready to replace the workflow delivering these emails with a new one. We know that after the current workflow is turned off active members will continue to go through it. However, we want to make sure that even after the current workflow is turned off people will get unenrolled when the meet the goal.
Can someone verify that workflow goals continue to remove members after the workflow has been turned off?

Hi @Jose_Diaz,
When a workflow is turned off contacts will not receive the emails in the workflow. While the contacts will continue to "drip" through the workflow, the only actions that will execute are the delays. Emails will not be sent once the workflow is turned off.
Because of this, no goals will be met, as no actions will take place.
For more information on this, I wanted to share this resource which outlines what happens when workflows are turned off.
Thank you,
Jenny
