I'm struggling to find some clear guidance on contact deletion in HubSpot, so thought i'd pose a question to the community.
The confusion:
On HubSpot, I am given the option to "Permanently delete," but it's not clear just how permanent this is.
Does this mean that a contact is "Permanently deleted" in the sense that they can never be added back into the database, either via form-fill or manually following a request? Are they marked as a permanent unsubscribe, even in the event of returning to the database? Is this data restorable?
1) "Delete this contact with the ability to recover within 90 days"
3) A delete from the Contacts view - (same as #1)
(see image)
2) "Delete this contact and all its associated content to follow privacy laws"
(see image)GDPR-compliant delete
Once a GDPR-compliant delete is performed you will receive the following message if/when attempting to re-add a contact to the CRM with the same email address.
(see image)Immediately after a GDPR-compliant delete is performed.Hope that clears things up for you.

Contact Deletion
SOLVE
I understand HOW to permanently delete someone, but the question I have is can I add them back later - manually or otherwise - even after the 90 days has passed?
