When you click into a field in a HubSpot form, the left sidebar should open directly in the forms editor. You should see the different property value options and be able to remove them.
Removing them in one form will not remove them from another form. If however you make this change in the property settings, it will affect all forms.

Can you specify which kind of change you're making? Changes on the form shouldn't reflect on another form. Changes on property settings however will. That is because properties can be used by multiple forms.
