Checking if new contact's company is already in our system
SOLVE
Hello, trying to figure out a way if with workflows you could filter out new contacts by checking if their email or company name are already in our system.
If so, we'd want to treat them as a new conctact, but from the same company means that we could have a closer relationship with them right away.
So the idea is something like this to put simply:
Form submission on our webiste > workflow checks if email domain is already existant on hubspot > if no, end > if yes, continue with the workflow and send custom emails etc.
The main part would just be to figure out how to filter users based on their emails or the company names.
