Cannot find a deactivated user via content owner filter

The situation is that I have two deactivated users from our team who are still listed as owners of contacts. I wanted to filter and change the users for some contacts, and if they are not relevant, delete the contacts entirely. However, when I try to filter by "Contact owner," those people do not appear, meaning I cannot select to display only their contacts. At the same time, they are listed as contact owners. It's super strange, and I was wondering if there is any way to fix this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

You should be able to include deactivated/removed owners when you're selecting contact owners as filter in the contact overview. Do you see this option in your account?
