Is it possible to have a lead score depreciate over time? For example, if a user doesn't interact with us (log into their account, click an email, register for a webinar, answer phone calls...) for a month, -1. For a second month, -2, etc.
You can refine some of your lead score by a date property so that after a period of time, the score is removed. This will have the effect of reducing the score if the action are not repeated.
