There are a handful of ways you can customize workflow enrollment to trigger marketing email sends. Do you track customer balance in HubSpot? If you can provide more specific details about what specific balance you are monitoring, we can see what options you have!

You just need to make sure that the information is stored or available in HubSpot so that the workflow can reference it. A balance would likely be stored on the company object.
