I see that a CTA could not be used for re-enrollment in a workflow. Why is that? I am running a CES workflow and want to send the customer regularly a survey. But the CTA used in de email can only trigger a workflow, because there is no re-enrollment based on CTA-clicks.
I know that some properties or activities cannot be used for re-enrollment and i have some solutions to work around that but i don't how i can create a workaround the reuse of the cta-click in a workflow.
Does anyone have a solution?

Use an active list whose members have clicked your CTA. This list can be used for both workflow enrollment AND RE-enrollment.
