Building a List Filter that includes specific criteria related to Page Views

My team asked me to build a List that includes the following criteria: Visited 3 product pages within a week and clicked submit a demo but didn’t fill out the demo form.

Currently, we have 20 Product Pages, each with unique urls (a separate issue in and of itself) but it isn't clear to me how I would build a List with the logic that would match this criteria. 

Any ideas on how to do this? Thank you!

Hi Sharon! The issue was that we had not used proper naming conventions for our urls contained in sub-folders (sub-categories), linked to our main Hub Pages which didn't allow us to set a List Filter using "contains" with the main hub url as our data property. We since made the adjustment to change those urls so we can now bucket all of the sub-folder page views by using the "has at least one page view of a url that contains" the main Hub page url. Sorry if this is a confusing explanation!
