Birthday Workflow - dates all off

Hi,

 

I'm building an workflow for internal staff members. When their date is up, Slack will send a notification to our board with 'happy birthday [name]. 

 

When I'm adding the members to the workflow, the delay dates are all off. I used a specific date-range custom property where I picked all the birthday. For sample: my birthday is on Feb. 6th, but the workflow want to kick if off in about 22 hours?! 

 

When I check the 'action log' tab, the dates are correct! That the event will pass on Feb 6 2023 (next year) so WHY is the workflow itself telling me '22 hours'? I don't get it....
