Automations,tags and segments

my name is Bradley and I'm struggling with understanding the basics of segmentation, tags and automations...how do I go about learning these methods because I've searched everywhere

Segmentation - how you divide your contacts/audience to create a personalized journey with your product/service.

Ways to use segmentation in HubSpot:

• Create lists to organize and segment your contacts
• Email segmented lists to provide personalized content based on their stage in the journey, role, etc.

Tags - not sure exactly to what you're referring, in HubSpot there are Blog Tags that can be used to organize your blog content, is that what you're thinking of? or another type of Tag?

Automation - creating a series of actions based on specific triggers, this can be done in HubSpot with workflows and sequences.
