Auto-create a task for the 5th of the following month?

Whether a client closes on the 1st of January or the 25th, our company will send them their first invoice on the 5th of February. 

We'd like to set up a task for account managers to reach out to clients upon receipt of their first invoice to answer any questions. 

Is there a way to set up a task for the 5th of the month following the close?

For example, if the deal closes on March 15, the task is created April 5. If the deal closes October 4, the task is created November 5. If the deal closes November 30, the task is created December 5. 

Is there a way to set this up in Workflows?

I try create one workflow for create ever day 05, but i can't found solution for this. I think only can  create tasks with rule: "XX days after contact became a customer". 

Anyway, let's wait for more answers.
