Assigning permissions and hiding Folders in Workflows view

SOLVE

I am rolling out a global instance of HubSpot with 10 different marketing regions who will be working in HubSpot. I have a set of operational workflow folders that I would like to hide and only be visible to our operations team.

I know you set permissions on the files within the folder, but would love to be able to set permissions at the folder level so the folders are not visible to day-to-day users. Is there anyway to do this currently?

Hi @GaryMaggiolino,

This would be handled through partitioning, not permission sets: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/limit-access-to-your-hubspot-assets

As far as I know, access limitations on folders are not yet possible. You would have to partition away individual workflows.

Thank you @karstenkoehler, I came the same conclusion. I did set up permissions and built out access limitations, but unfortunately that doesn't include the folders themselves, only the files within.  So they are just several empty folders. I'm going to build out custom views and create a folder hierarchy to reduce the numbers.
