Are lists available in paid plans only?

I wanted to create a list of contacts who opened the email in the last month. I can't see this option in my free plan. Is this only in the paid plan? Couldn't find the info anywhere.

No idea. Been trying to figure that out, too. Thought it was, based on some of the help info, but not seeing it. Help.

Lists are a more high-level means of segmentation; the Lists tool is a feature available with the paid marketing product: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists-user-guide
