Annotating list members with inclusion criteria

SOLVE

I have a list of people who have either submitted our Talk to Sales form, or our Get a Free Trial form. This combined list is then assigned to sales representatives. Is there a way I can annotate whether each contact was included because they wanted to talk to sales or if they wanted a free trial. The VP of Sales prefers to have all these leads in the same place, but would like to know if the context of inclusion can be noted for the individual sales reps?

Thanks!

Hi @Sarahmac

There are lots of ways that you could do this. Two that spring to mind as being quick and easy are:

  • Add the recent conversion column to the list that Sales looks at or
  • Add a hidden field to the forms that stores if was talk to sales or free trail

There are others, if neither of these work out.

Hope this helps.
