So, I just installed the free version of the sales software and that seems to have solved my problem. The contacts are back online! I feel it maybe related to the upgrade that I did.

Are you able to share a screenshot of your view? Which filters are set on your dasbhoard? Lastly, what are the names of some contacts (you can send via private message) that are missing?
