Alert for no enrollment on workflow

SOLVE

Hey all,

Kinda new to hubspot, glad to be here.  We have a workflow which keys off of a users plan and due to plan (name) changes we wound up flatlining enrollment on one of our workflows.

My question is if it's possible to monitor workflows for 0 enrollments, so we can get alerts for when things go south?  Thanks for any advice!

Hi @Marcello,

This is currently not possible, unfortunately. To avoid these situations, I'd always recommend testing your workflows before "trusting" them, for example by creating test contacts, submitting forms with test input etc. If there are problems, you'd usually notice them at this stage.

Thanks Karsten.

That's too bad. If you're not continiously in Hubspot (doing different jobs) it's easy (for me) to overlook.    It's a shame there's not some basic option here, esp with the price we pay.   I have a monitoring background, which is where my mind went when we noticed the issue.
