At this time I am not aware of a way to add points for social media engagement such as a like, share, follow, etc. If the engagement is a click/visit back to your website, you could use that as an attribute. Additionally, there is a contact property labeled "Most Recent Social Click", which is a date property that you could use, but again, I am not sure if this is as comprehensive as you are hoping to see.
