You should now see all of the tools in your portal. I spoke to your account manager here at Hubspot and she informed me that it had to do with a billing situation. I don't have much insight into what happened, but if you have any questions, you'll probably want to discuss with your Hubspot Admin. Either way, you should be able to use the product again without any problems.
