A workflow for when I receive an e-mail?

I have created a property called "Waiting On" with 3 values: "Us", "Them", and "Nobody".

When an inbound Contact is created a workflow updates them to "waiting on: us".

When I respond to them, a workflow updates them to "waiting on: them".

I would like them to be updated to "waiting on: us" whenever they respond to an e-mail. I don't see any options in workflows to update a status when we receive an e-mail from a contact. Is this possible?

Hi @RobertAKARobin, thanks for your post. Within the markteting tool, we do not have the ability to track email replies. We can, however, track clicks and email opens. Would one of those options be a reasonable alternative? What happens on your end once the contact replies to an email?
