Has anyone been using the beta test of Journeys? I'm trying to set it up, and while some of it is really cool and intuitive, other parts don't make any sense.
Here are the main areas I'm struggling with:
Limited Trigger Properties
All “events” we isolated to move the contact between stages are contact properties. However, Journeys only allows you to use a very specific, very limited type of “event” – none of which work for us. Is there a way to expand the number of options we have here?
Lack of Workflow Incorporation
In the webinar we watched, the demo showed incorporating workflows as part of the Journey. In the beta we have, there is no option for that. They made it seem like you wouldn’t have to use Journeys + Workflows. I can't figure out how to create a workflow within a journey. If I could, and they function like a normal workflow, that could instantly solve my issue above.
completely agree - there are some really promising elements, but also a few head-scratchers Definitely following this closely—more documentation or guidance from the product team would be super helpful. thanks!
