Hi Everyone,
I am looking for workarounds for A/B testing a marketing workflow.
I want to start by saying I am aware that:
a) You can not currently a/b test for workflows
b) There are different articles with workarounds for workflows
Unfortunately the workarounds from Hubspot articles don't work for my use case. TL;DR I'm using Salesmessage and need the contact owner to stay the same and my users don't come from a form, they come from an outside application.
I am wondering if anyone has other workaround ideas to A/B test in workflows.
A Hubspot rep told me to try first name is starts with an a-l vs. m-z but that doesn't feel like a 50/50 split. I don't think Hubspot can really do math for a modulo operation for time of sign up, though that would be ideal. Please advise. Thank you!

Not clear precisely what you're trying to A/B test.

Hope that helps.

Hi Frank,
I edited, but I am trying to A/B test a marketing workflow that includes Salesmessage, emails, notifications, etc. Just looking for another workaround for A/B testing a workflow.

Understand the 'workflow' part. What precise action(s) are you trying to A/B test?
