Content Marketing Certification for Content Marketing

I completed watching all the videos (including the "bonus" ones) clicked over to take the test and it would NOT save my responses for the questions. If I clicked an answer for #1 and then moved to #2 and clicked an answer, the test would "unclick" the answer for #1. This meant I couldn't continue the test and therefore "failed".

I am sorry for the difficulty you had while taking your certification exam. Have you been successful in completing the course? 

If not, I would recommend trying to complete the test in different browsers to see if the issue is specific to one browser. 

 

If you continue to experience issues across multiple browsers, can you please send along a video of what you're experiencing? 

 

(Additionally, please note that you can take the test through a different email address and your certification can be transferred if you're able to successfully take the test through a different browser/login).
